CREATING A CULTURE FOR CHANGE

MANY HEADS ARE BETTER THAN ONE...

In education, change is constant — especially as we face a new wave of curriculum reforms under the Labour government.

But here’s the challenge: how do you, as leaders, bring your staff on board with these changes? How do you create a sense of psychological safety so your team feels empowered and ready to embrace what’s next?

We’ll explore how to manage curriculum shifts while fostering a supportive, positive culture that keeps everyone grounded – even when it feels like the world of education is shifting beneath our feet. Whether you’re already deep in the process of transformation or just preparing for what’s to come, this session will equip you with practical strategies and fresh perspectives to lead with confidence and create a thriving school environment.
